Facility Rental
The historic Kohl Pumphouse and front Victorian Garden are available for
rental. The facility can be used for small indoor and outdoor business
social functions, such as board meetings, seminars, luncheons, intimate
wedding ceremonies and receptions.
The interior of the Pumphouse features two separate rooms and a kitchenette
for refreshments preparation, and can accommodate a maximum of 50 guests.
The Victorian Garden is landscaped with traditional and heirloom plants,
featuring paved paths, rose and shade pergolas, and a central fountain.
The Pumphouse and Victorian garden (indoor combined with outdoor space)
together accomodate a maximum 125 guests. Tables and chairs are available.
