Volunteer Home TICKET INFORMATION Tickets: $35 in advance*  $40 on day of the tour  Children under age 14 are free; 14 and up pay full price. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Tour visitors receive a map so they can stroll independently on self-guided tours and also receive a tour booklet which describes each garden, highlighting unusual plants and landscape details. The self-guided tour can start at any of the featured gardens. A map of the venues will be included on the tickets and in the tour booklet. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. SPECIAL NOTE: These private gardens do not have the same facilities or access of public gardens. Many of the paths have uneven surfaces and there are often steps and/or stairs. Advance tickets may be bought at the following local retailers:  Burlingame – Haven, The Flower Boutique; San Mateo - Central Garden Center, Golden Nursery, Ah Sam's, Wisnom Hardware; Belmont – Carlmont Nursery; Redwood City – Wegman’s Nursery. Tickets are also available at the San Mateo Arboretum Society Greenhouse.  The SMAS Greenhouse is open Tuesday, Thursday,10 a.m. - 3 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. - noon.  Same day tickets will be available on the day of the tour  at the Kohl Pumphouse in Central Park, 101 9th Avenue and at each of the gardens. * Tickets can be puchased online only until Friday Sept 9th and are Will Call.
